Christmas 2012

This Christmas has been one of my favorite so far. My kids are both finally old enough to really enjoy the holiday. Both of my kids were finally able to sing Christmas carols with me. I didn't stress about money nearly like I always do and I actually started my Christmas shopping in October and planned ahead for the most part. In fact, this year I felt so blessed and money was finally not as big of a worry like it normally is, I decided that I wanted my kids to feel the joy of giving service to those in need. I decided that as a family we would secret santa someone in town. We did the shopping, wrapped the presents and with a giggle we were able to ding-dong ditch the house and not get caught. It was a lot of fun and my kids enjoyed the mystery of service without acknowledgement. I've decided that no matter what our lives are like from now on, being someone's secret santa will definitely be part of our new Christmas traditions. I just wanted to share a few photos from this Christmas.

I hope everyone had a great Christmas and I look forward to sharing my life with you more this year. Happy New Year!
