Tatertot Casserole

This is a family favorite, and has been a staple for meal times all my life. It's sure to be a family favorite for you too!

Tatertot Casserole

Ingredients:

1 lb Ground Beef
1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 Can Whole Kernal Corn, Drained
1 Sm bag Tater Tots
1/2 onion, diced
2 garlic cloves, diced

Directions:

Spread ground beef across the bottom of the pan in a single layer. Next pour soup over meat and spread into an even layer. Layer corn next, and finally tatertots. Bake at 375 for an hour or until meat is done.

This will make approximately 6 servings (sometimes more). Each serving is about 7-8 WeightWatcher points. I like to add a side salad, and sometimes some beets as side dishes.
